well if they use ranged attacks ye,if they don`t have any means by that,no even if they know,there is nothing they can do really. Unless you mean they`l fight hand to hand or plastic weapons.

I'm pretty sure Toshiro, Byakuya, Kyōraku and Zaraki can all counter Kira's Shikai if a Lieutenant like Rangiku managed to do it against Reigai Kira.

true,but still they are the top,where most of the weapons are physical ones,so still Kira weapon is op when it comes to close combat against metal weapons (like that guy wings). As for Zaraki Kenpachi,depends how fast can Kira respond to his attacks,and because Zaraki loves to stay weaker at first so he can enjoy the fight, Kira has a chance.

For those of you whom watch the series a second time, there really are a few officers whon don't fit the division, right?
That fatso Omaeda, doesn't fit Soifons assassin division. He would be better off in Zarakis 10th, as 4th or 5th seated rank. Hisagi would fit in perfectly in Soifoins 2nd, as her 1st Officer considering his Shikai. At least if he would not hate it so much. Yumichika with his flowery Shikai does not fit in Zarakis 11th. He would fit much better in Unohanas Division, because his flowers have the power to heal reiatsu, which is probably a very rare power.

i agree with most of that but yumichikas flowers only bloom after consuming the reiatsu of the enemy... so what squad 4 sould just use hanataro as a sacrifice every time?
(since we know yumichika can spare the victims but still tires out them out to the point where they couldent move )
